BEGINNERS
About – Learn the foundations of cycling which includes the essential skills to cycle safe and in a comfortable way. Once you know how to ‘bike right’ we guarantee you’ll have much more fun on the bike!
For who? If you are brand new to cycling or recently started. Experienced riders that would like to refresh their skills (or check whether they are doing it right) are more than welcome!

KIDS CLINICS
About – Introducing kids to the joy of cycling and educating them about bike safety and feeling comfortable to ride. It includes the foundations of cycling which includes the essential skills. It will help them develop a positive, safe, and active habit.
For who? We offer two sessions for kids, one for 7-12 years and the other for 13+ years. Children should be able to cycle on their own (with or without stabilising wheels). Please note they will need to bring their own bikes & helmets.

LADIES ONLY CLINICS
About – Similar to the Beginner clinics, this clinic will focus on the foundations of cycling which includes the essential skills to cycle safe and in a comfortable way. Once you know how to ‘bike right’ we guarantee you’ll have much more fun on the bike!
For who? If you are brand new to cycling or recently started. Experienced cyclists that would also like to join the ladies only group to improve or refresh their skills are also welcome as we will adjust the training session accordingly to make it more challenging for you.

INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCE CLINICS
About – This clinic will help you develop advance riding skills and ride strategies which will help you to gain the knowledge and achieve the confidence to ride smarter.
For who? For riders that would like to advance their skills and ride strategies. Participants should be comfortable riding on their bikes and in a group at a moderate to fast pace.
Some skills/topics we will aim to cover during the clinics:
Advanced Techniques
- Mounting and dismounting on the move
- Advanced mounting. TTT start, Using a start ramp. Restarting after receiving Service. Starting a criterium
- Pedalling and pace judgement. Filling a gap in a line of riders. Closing a gap.
- Balance a coordination: Riding on rollers. Riding no handed. Contact from another rider. Overtaking a rider in a time trial. Throwing the bike at the finish line. Assessing the effectiveness of an attack.
- Gear selection. Changing gear at appropriate time
- Cornering. Cornering an a group. pedalling through corners. Using corners to gain position in a group of riders. Negotiationg a TT turn.
- Climbing. Conservering Energy on a climb. Climbing in a ITT. Riding a hill Climb TT. Dropping back thorugh a group on a climb
- Descending. Descending in a group
- Group riding (single file, double file, echelon, peloton). Riding trough and off on the fron of a bunch. Sprint lead out. Advanced bunch riding. Maintaining a position/breakway. Ecehlon riding. Following another rider throught a bunch. Dropping back to a team car. MOving safely througha race convoy. Using team assistance to return to the bunch. Collecting and distributing items form a feed zone. Riding effectively in a team time trial.
